We are the ***Kolplast Group***, a leading company in the medical\-hospital supplies sector, located in the city of Itupeva. **Position:** Chemical Process Operator **Description:** Operate and control industrial chemical processes for the manufacturing of medical devices, ensuring correct preparation, handling, and filling of chemical solutions according to production orders, standard operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations, thereby ensuring quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepare, handle, and fill chemical solutions according to production orders; * Operate tanks, mixers, and reactors, monitoring process parameters; * Perform basic physico\-chemical analyses (pH, viscosity, conductivity, among others); * Complete records and production orders, ensuring traceability; * Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas; * Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and proper waste disposal; * Support maintenance activities, continuous improvement, and process control; * Identify and report minor process deviations per established procedures; * Assist in training and guiding new employees; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and workplace safety guidelines as per internal and regulatory standards; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within your area of responsibility, as requested. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical education in Chemistry. * Additional courses in GMP, chemical safety, industrial processes, or related fields are a plus. * Knowledge of quality, environmental, and safety procedures and guidelines. * Operation of industrial equipment, handling and storage of chemical products, performance of basic process analyses. * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role.
