**Senior AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer** ==================================================== **Work Model** -------------- **100% Remote** **About the Opportunity** ------------------------ We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and evolve scalable, resilient, and secure cloud environments. The professional will be responsible for leading automation, observability, and infrastructure modernization initiatives, directly contributing to the reliability, performance, and availability of production environments. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Design, implement, and manage AWS environments with a focus on scalability, high availability, and security. * Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ensuring environment automation and standardization. * Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate continuous delivery processes. * Administer and evolve container-based environments. * Implement monitoring, observability, metrics, and log management solutions. * Define and promote best practices for cloud architecture and DevOps. * Support development teams in adopting Cloud Native practices. * Identify, analyze, and resolve critical incidents. * Conduct technical reviews and support the development of less experienced professionals. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- ### **Primary Tech Stack** * AWS * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) * CI/CD * Containers * Observability ### **Experience and Seniority** * Minimum 6 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, or related areas. * At least 2 years working as a senior professional or technical reference. * Proven experience in medium- or large-scale production environments. * Experience with projects involving performance, availability, automation, and maintenance of critical environments. * Ability to work autonomously, make architectural decisions, and lead technical initiatives. * Experience in mentoring and knowledge sharing. **Artificial Intelligence (Priority Criterion)** -------------------------------------------------- Using AI in the workflow will be considered a highly relevant differentiator for this position. ### **Expected Experience** * Use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar. * Creation of efficient prompts to solve technical challenges. * Critical evaluation of AI-generated results. * Practical application of AI for: + Test generation; + Code refactoring; + Technical documentation; + Log analysis; + Troubleshooting; + Solution prototyping. ### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with LLMs and AI APIs. * Knowledge of RAG, Function Calling, and AI-powered automation. * Participation in AI adoption initiatives within technology teams. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Organization and discipline for remote and asynchronous work. * Collaborative mindset with strong team orientation. * Active participation in code reviews and dissemination of best practices. * Commitment to quality, documentation, and continuous improvement. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. **Languages** ----------- * Fluent Portuguese. * Technical English for reading documentation. * Conversational English is considered a differentiator. **Technical Nice-to-Haves** ------------------------- * AWS certifications. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Knowledge of SRE practices. * Experience with high-availability environments and distributed architecture.
