If you seek to work in a dynamic, technical environment with high delivery standards, this opportunity may be right for you. **Position Mission** * Supervise the technical execution of AV installations performed by squads * Ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to EE’s engineering standards * Serve as the technical reference for installation leaders * Support construction planning, resolution of technical issues, and field team development **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead **2 installation squads** * Plan project phases and priorities together with the PM and Scheduler * Coordinate with Installation Leaders on priorities between installation and construction * Supervise installation, configuration, and operation of equipment per technical project specifications * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and guidelines * Update EE’s internal management tools * Maintain daily, clear communication with the PM regarding project status * Report risks, deviations, and unplanned events * Adhere to EE’s Field Code of Conduct * Pursue continuous improvement of processes, methods, and technologies * Ensure service quality delivered by the department **Technical Requirements** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields * Proven experience in AV implementation/installation * Proficiency in reading and interpreting AV project documentation and technical diagrams **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * People management * Focus and commitment * Negotiation and leadership skills * Initiative and ownership
