If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP— together, we’ll go much further! #Let’sTransformPlasticTogether **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform finished product inspections to verify compliance with specifications; * Record inspection results in the quality control system; * Inform production leaders and team members of inspection outcomes; * Record inspection results via email when required; * Evaluate finished products that do not comply with specifications; * Assist in organizing the non-conforming product area; * Evaluate inventory materials for products without orders, as requested; * Evaluate returned products, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions; * Request production orders (POs) for repair and rework from Production Planning and Control (PPC); * Monitor repair and rework progress to ensure product compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical education in Chemistry or Quality Management preferred—or currently pursuing a related undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in this role or related fields is preferred; * Familiarity with quality tools, document management, investigation, and quality deviation management is preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is preferred; * Availability for 6x2 shift. **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * On-site lunch; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
