Job Summary: A Quality professional responsible for managing the Quality Management System, documentation, audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Management and updating of the Quality Management System (VIGIX) 2. Review and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Quality documentation 3. Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Maintain and keep the Quality Management System (VIGIX) updated; Review, develop, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and other documents within the Quality Management System; Control the expiration dates, distribution, and updates of Quality documentation; Record, track, and manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions with involved departments; Respond to customer requests via the Customer Service Center (CSC) and follow up on required actions; Perform supplier qualification in accordance with internal procedures; Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and monitor resulting action plans; Control equipment calibrations, preventive and corrective maintenance related to Quality, Engineering, and Logistics; Monitor environmental controls, such as PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operational Control), pest control, water tank cleaning, and other regulatory requirements; Assist in collecting, analyzing, and monitoring Quality indicators; Deliver training related to area procedures and processes; Monitor changes in standards and regulations, ensuring their implementation in internal processes; Provide support to company departments on matters related to the Quality Management System; Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives of the department; Perform other duties related to this position. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree completed in Health Sciences; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quality field; Internal Auditor training course; English language proficiency; Process automation skills. **We seek a professional who is:** Communicative and collaborative; Organized and responsible; Analytical and detail-oriented; Creative and proactive in seeking improvements; Critical-thinking, capable of prioritization and effective time management; Committed to process quality and compliance with standards. ### **BENEFITS** Meal/Voucher Allowance for daily high-quality meals.
