Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional with experience in quality routines to perform food safety control and assurance. Key Highlights: 1. Application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) We seek a professional with an **analytical profile, technical rigor, and experience in quality routines**, to directly perform food safety control and assurance. **Responsibilities:** * Quality inspections (visual, grammage, physicochemical parameters) * Monitoring of water chlorine and pH levels * Verification and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Line release after sanitation * Process control and mandatory recordkeeping * Monitoring of raw material receipt and dispatch * Non-conformance management (identification, segregation, and corrective action) **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Practical knowledge of GMP * Experience in quality routines, inspection, or process control * Proficiency in completing records and spreadsheets * Strong communication skills for collaboration with operational teams * Availability for night shift **Relevant Advantages:** * Technical or higher education degree in Food Science, Quality, or related fields * Experience in the food industry * Knowledge of self-control programs **Conditions:** * Salary: R$ 2.397,74 (CLT) * Shift: 3:40 PM to 1:00 AM **Benefits:** * On-site meal * Meal allowance * Study grant (30%) * Gym and SESI partnership * Health benefits (dental and pharmacy) * Profit-sharing program (PLR) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.390,00 - R$2.397,74 per month Work Location: On-site
