




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting quality, hygiene, and safety in production and storage processes at a slaughterhouse, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Work environment focused on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **RESPONSIBILITIES** ● **Conduct quality monitoring**, continuously overseeing and evaluating production processes to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. ● **Inspect the receiving line**, ensuring that received materials and products meet quality requirements, specifications, and regulatory standards. ● **Check meat temperatures**, ensuring products are stored and handled under optimal temperature conditions to preserve food safety and quality. ● **Inspect the workplace according to quality programs**, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as hygiene and safety requirements. ● **Inspect cold rooms**, monitoring storage conditions—including temperature and organization—to ensure products remain under optimal conditions. ● **Ensure employees comply with GMP**, observing whether staff follow established practices for hygiene, safety, and food handling. ● **Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.** ● **Comply with company regulations related to occupational safety** (correct use of PPE, uniforms) **and Good Manufacturing Practices** (hygiene, cleaning, and product handling)**.** Work in a slaughterhouse with quality control; availability for 1st and 2nd shifts; analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile.
