ZDA currently operates three manufacturing plants: Marília (Candies & Snacks), Herculândia (UHT milk), and Marechal Cândido Rondon/PR (dairy derivatives). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields; * Knowledge of current food labeling legislation; * Experience in product development and supplier qualification processes; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with FSSC 22000 is a plus; * Prior experience in R&D within chocolate manufacturing industries; **Job Description:** * Reformulate and improve existing products by critically assessing technical and financial feasibility, nutritional aspects, and regulatory compliance; * Collaborate with suppliers and develop new raw materials and packaging materials; * Plan, prepare, and conduct product and packaging tests; * Plan and conduct sensory tests; * Develop and revise technical data sheets for labeling, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
