Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and tracking deliveries, coordinating with carriers and internal departments, and supporting logistics routines and load scheduling. Support in load scheduling and administrative routines A large multinational company in the chemical sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and track deliveries (pickups, in transit, and final delivery). Coordinate with carriers, internal departments, and occasionally customers. Handle a high volume of emails and concurrent requests, ensuring clear responses, proper prioritization, and timely follow-ups. Update control spreadsheets, KPIs, and operational reports. Support incident management, delays, vehicle arrival at site, redeliveries, and operational recordkeeping. Support load scheduling and alignment of delivery time windows. Assist the team with administrative tasks related to daily logistics operations. Availability to work on weekends when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred). Intermediate Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables). Experience handling internal and external stakeholders. Practical experience with operational controls, process tracking, and deadline management.
