We are seeking a **Warehouse Assistant** to join our team.
The professional will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, identifying, storing, and organizing materials and goods, ensuring inventory compliance and proper workplace organization.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive and inspect goods, ensuring accuracy of physical and system data;
* Verify fiscal documents (invoice, delivery note, and purchase order), identifying and reporting discrepancies;
* Inspect fabrics upon receipt;
* Label and identify products according to internal procedures;
* Assign storage locations using data collectors, ensuring traceability and inventory organization;
* Ensure appropriate material storage, preserving product integrity;
* Receive and monitor truck loading and unloading;
* Store hazardous chemicals safely, adhering to safety regulations;
* Maintain inventory control and organization, ensuring correct identification and location of materials;
* Support inventory audit and stock control processes;
* Assist in logistics and warehouse operational routines, including material handling.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education;
* Computer literacy;
* Basic knowledge of inventory control and audits;
* Experience in receiving, inspecting, and storing materials;
* Prior experience with fabric and/or chemical goods receiving and inspection is desirable.
