Job Summary: Ventós do Brasil is seeking a Commercial Assistant to manage orders, customer service, and after-sales processes, reporting directly to the General Management. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity at a company specializing in essential oils **Ventós do Brasil** is a subsidiary of the Ernesto Ventós Group, specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils and Aromatic Chemicals. As part of our expansion process, we will strengthen our team by incorporating a **Commercial Assistant**, who will report directly to the General Management in Brazil. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze, issue, and monitor sales orders and stock availability * Handle customer and supplier communications (e-mail, phone calls, etc.) * Monitor the entire delivery and after-sales process * Register and track samples * Monitor daily logistics reports and order releases to resolve any issues identified * Assess and identify customer needs * Address customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes, with follow-up to ensure resolution * Gather and evaluate all relevant information to manage product and service inquiries * Enter data into the system to support the administrative/finance department * Maintain updated customer and supplier databases * Communication and coordination with other departments **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of recent prior experience in administrative/commercial roles. Experience in the chemical industry or in the aroma and fragrance industry, among others, will be highly valued * Completed undergraduate degree in chemistry, administration, accounting, finance, economics, international trade, or related fields * Experience with ERP Navision is highly valued * Languages: Spanish and English are highly valued **Skills:** * Critical thinking / Complex decision-making / Emotional intelligence and empathy / Creativity / Collaboration and teamwork / Assertive communication / Adaptability and flexibility / Quick logical and numerical reasoning / Proficiency in handling processes / Proactivity Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
