A professional responsible for managing and controlling the flow of materials, equipment, and tools at construction sites, ensuring organization and traceability.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Professional **Job Description and Responsibilities:*** Receive, inspect, sort, and store construction materials according to TARRAF standards;
* Monitor inventory levels of productive and non-productive materials, requesting, when necessary, engineering to generate requisitions for stock replenishment to meet site demands;
* Control the supply and maintenance of equipment and tools provided to both internal and third-party personnel;
* Manage inventories and issue reports on material, equipment, and/or tool inflows and outflows;
* Perform daily scheduling and control of material receipt;
* Issue consumption reports for materials or equipment specified in partner companies’ contracts but supplied by TARRAF, for deduction from their progress payments;
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm single delivery dates or schedule partial deliveries, avoiding delays in requested materials;
* Participate in planning construction phases to organize storage areas for materials, equipment, and tools;
* Schedule dumpsters and manage waste disposal according to selective waste classification;
* Conduct quotations for emergency material purchases when requested and approved by the GO – Site Manager;
* Schedule deliveries and returns of scaffolding and rented equipment per GO’s instructions;
* Maintain and ensure site organization regarding materials stored in open areas, as directed by the GO, per the PGC – Construction Management Program;
* Provide administrative support at the site when requested;
* Manage and complete the material traceability spreadsheet;
* Monitor purchase order generation in collaboration with the Procurement Department in the MEGA system;
* Release materials to work fronts via internal requisition;
* Assume full responsibility for managing all warehouse documentation, including receiving invoices, Material Inspection Forms, material quality certificates, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS);
* Complete the CQM (Material Technical Control) upon material receipt at the site;
* Sort and identify expired materials to prevent usage;
* Manage fixed assets materials on site;
