Come be part of this community! **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Conduct scheduled and systematic technical inspections on electromechanical equipment (pumps, blowers, motors, panels, valves, aerators, etc.); * Diagnose system failures and anomalies and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor and validate maintenance activities performed by in\-house or third\-party teams; * Prepare inspection reports, technical opinions, and records in maintenance systems (SAP); * Participate in planning preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Verify compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards during maintenance activities; * Support internal and external audits related to maintenance and technical compliance; * Suggest improvements to asset reliability and availability; * Monitor maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.); * Ensure control of materials, tools, and equipment required for inspections. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Technical degree in Electromechanics and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering. * Active CFT registration; * Certifications in inspection or predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography, ultrasound) are preferred; * Proven experience in electromechanical system maintenance, preferably in the sanitation sector; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals; * Familiarity with or experience implementing ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) is desirable.
