Working with us means joining a team that values **respect, commitment, and a service-oriented mindset**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to guest requests * Inspect vacant rooms to ensure cleanliness * Perform cleaning and linen replacement in both vacant and occupied rooms, following brand standards * Perform bed-making procedures; replace linens upon all check-outs and as needed in occupied rooms, following brand standards * Organize work materials: cleaning supplies, amenities, linens, etc.; carry out pre-defined scheduled tasks * Handle lost-and-found procedures for items found in the hotel * Assist with area-specific duties (cleaning common areas and supporting laundry operations) * Count and sort clean linens * Count and sort soiled linens * Distribute clean linens * Perform room cleaning/linen replacement **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of **room and common-area cleaning and sanitation techniques**; * Linen, bed linens, towels, and amenity replacement and restocking; * Ability to follow **cleaning standards, room preparation timeframes, and cart organization protocols**; * Basic knowledge of **safe handling of chemical cleaning products**; * Ability to **inspect and report irregularities** (broken equipment, losses, found items, or misplacements); * Basic knowledge of **hospitality and housekeeping operations**; **Additional Information** Health Insurance \- Hapvida Dental Insurance Life Insurance Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider** for over 170 properties spanning from north to south Brazil, caring for those who trust us through **unique experiences**, always conducted **responsibly**—toward the environment, our team, and the communities we serve. **Together with you**, and a plural, diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aim to become Brazil’s best hospitality operator—the one guests, investors, partners, and talents want to be associated with. **Shall we do this together?
