This position is 100% on-site in Jundiaí\-SP, in a manufacturing environment, where your physical presence is essential to support partners and lead by example. **What You Will Do:** Receive and distribute Production Orders Supervise operator performance Prepare production tracking reports Ensure proper equipment operation by coordinating with the Maintenance department when necessary, both preventive and corrective. Supervise workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness. Supervise completion of production process forms. Supervise adherence to LOTO procedures. **Administrative Responsibilities:** Maintain up-to-date production control dashboards Ensure required training is delivered to the operator team Prepare documents, reports, and presentations regarding routine or ad-hoc production status Collaborate with the PCP department in developing the manufacturing plan Actively participate in production-related meetings Submit material requests to the Procurement department related to production usage **Important:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Chemistry. Intermediate English proficiency minimum, for occasional interface with the United States.
