Career development plan and leadership development We are looking for an experienced production supervisor with strong leadership skills to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating production teams, processes, and resources, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets. Responsibilities: \- Supervise and guide the production team, assign tasks, and monitor performance \- Ensure execution of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans \- Monitor productivity KPIs, OEE, scrap, and rework \- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP/5S standards \- Train, develop, and provide continuous feedback to team members \- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements using Lean/Kaizen methodologies \- Control raw material, consumables, and resource usage to minimize waste \- Open and close production orders, record incidents, and prepare reports \- Interface with PCP, maintenance, quality, and logistics departments \- Lead DDS meetings, ensure proper PPE usage, and investigate incidents Requirements: \- Proven experience as a production supervisor, team leader, or production foreman \- Knowledge of people management and industrial KPIs \- Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields \- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (preferred) \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems \- Leadership, clear communication, and decision-making under pressure \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Benefits: \- Market-competitive salary \+ Performance-based Profit Sharing (PLR) \- Career development plan and leadership development \- Challenging environment focused on results \- Technical and behavioral training programs \- Transportation allowance and meal/food voucher \- Health and dental insurance \- Life insurance Compensation: R$4\.718,56 \- R$5\.619,05 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial partnerships and discount programs * Private pension plan * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
