All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and sanitary regulations; * Represent the company before regulatory bodies such as ANVISA, Sanitary Surveillance, and CRF; * Control and ensure Good Storage and Transportation Practices for medicines, food, cosmetics, and controlled substances; * Manage the Quality Management System, documentation, procedures, and training; * Guarantee product traceability, temperature and humidity control, calibration, and appropriate storage; * Monitor non-conformities, internal and external audits, corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure pest control, waste management, potable water quality, and food safety (APPCC/HACCP); * Qualify suppliers and customers according to regulatory requirements; * Supervise product recalls, investigations into fraud, theft, or adulteration; * Track performance indicators and quality management tools; * Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and deliver training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Quality Management, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems; * Prior experience in quality management, administration, and team leadership; * Must have easy access to the Extrema-MG region. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance—available 24/7, with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
