With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for executing and leading technical and strategic activities related to supplier and raw material management, providing support to corporate departments, industrial units, and other sourcing locations. 1\) Define and lead corporate guidelines for research, development, and product innovation, supporting project teams and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. 2\) Conduct supplier qualifications, advanced supplier control, and critical supply chain management, anticipating requirements and mitigating regulatory and commercial risks. 3\) Lead audits, international benchmarking, and product protocol validation for priority markets, representing the company at forums, events, and certification bodies. 4\) Develop and implement structural projects for cost, process, and raw material optimization across multiple plants, including analysis of results and systemic impacts. 5\) Scientifically validate, publish, and defend the company's proof-of-concept studies, supervising panels and sensory tests. **Requirements and qualifications** Strategic leadership and organizational influence Global executive communication and teaching ability Ability to disseminate knowledge Innovation and creativity to anticipate trends and solve complex challenges Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science / Veterinary Medicine / Food Engineering Specialization (optional) Knowledge of meat quality – physical-chemical and qualitative analyses Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office suite Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for travel As the leading beef exporter in South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company – we are a community of professionals committed to "building connections among people, food, and nature."
