Job Summary: A professional to work in food quality and safety, performing analyses, inspections, and non-conformance investigations, while also supporting production and product development. Experience in laboratory routines and analyses Requirements and Skills: * Knowledge of laboratory routines, product, raw material, and packaging analysis. * Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety. * Knowledge of microbiology, root cause analysis, and intermediate Excel proficiency. * Behavioral profile: strong communication skills, organization, proactivity, agility, and teamwork. Education and Experience: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy. * Technician in Chemistry or Food Science (waivable if holding a completed bachelor's degree). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field. Main Responsibilities: * Perform sampling, inspection, and physicochemical analysis of raw materials and products. * Support production with technical assistance and material release. * Execute controls, records, reports, and analytical certificates. * Work on food quality and safety, including training and procedures. * Investigate non-conformances and support product development.
