Description: * High school diploma required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Preferred qualifications: * Technical degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Nursing, or related fields; * Or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in laboratory and analytical work. * Conduct inspections for line release (post-maintenance/cleaning), verifying equipment, areas, and documentation. * Perform ATP tests and allergen analyses (per monitoring plan) to confirm cleaning effectiveness and proactively prevent cross-contamination. * Conduct sensory analysis of the product during the release process, ensuring quality profile and compliance are maintained from the start of the batch. * Evaluate and validate critical process control tests (e.g., scoop test, density, average weight) to ensure the final product meets established quality specifications. * Verify and properly manage samples designated for Quality Control (QC). * Identify, record, and thoroughly describe non-conformities (e.g., cleaning failures, GMP deviations, production issues, etc.). * Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and the Quality department. * Assist in conducting physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses, including proper sample preparation and handling. * Contribute to appropriate maintenance, cleaning, and immaculate organization of the laboratory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. * Assist in creating and reviewing technical documentation for the department (procedures, work instructions), standardizing tasks and ensuring knowledge transfer. 2512150202201866105
