Job Summary: An organized professional to ensure compliance of processes and products with quality standards, ANVISA regulations, and internal procedures in cosmetic production. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance of processes and products in cosmetic manufacturing 2. Conduct inspection and release of packaging lines and finished products 3. Support internal and external audits (ANVISA, Health Surveillance) We seek an organized and responsible professional to ensure that production processes and finished products comply with quality standards, ANVISA regulations, and the company's internal procedures, guaranteeing the safety, efficacy, and quality of manufactured cosmetics. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform inspection and release of packaging lines and finished products according to technical specifications. * Monitor and inspect production process stages, verifying compliance with SOPs, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and production records. * Collect samples for physicochemical and microbiological analyses as per established procedures. * Record and report deviations and non-conformities, and assist in root cause investigations. * Complete inspection reports, quality control forms, and quality checklists. * Verify packaging, labeling, batch number, expiry date, and package integrity. * Support process validations and equipment sanitation, when required. * Assist in internal and external audits (ANVISA, Health Surveillance, certifications). * Maintain organization and cleanliness of inspection areas. * Identify opportunities for quality process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical High School education in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Biotechnology, or related fields.
