We are a dynamic team, connected to the purpose of transforming raw materials into solutions that make a difference in the world. **Your mission** Ensure the efficiency of industrial operations through coordination of teams and execution of the production plan, promoting continuous process improvement, resource optimization, and achievement of strategic performance indicators, while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in close integration with support functions.**Your experience and talents will make the difference for:** * Managing industrial area activities together with department supervisors; * Ensuring execution of the Monthly/Annual Production Plan per product line through daily production monitoring and maintenance interventions to ensure process and product profitability; * Managing implementation of continuous improvement projects focused on asset management and production; * Managing the industrial area budget through monthly expense tracking to ensure budget adherence; * Performing industrial area strategic planning activities through performance indicator monitoring; * Managing process optimization and corporate resource utilization projects aimed at minimizing production costs and increasing productivity; * Collaborating closely with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure adherence to industrial investment and maintenance schedules; * Jointly monitoring, with the HSE team, activities related to control of chemicals requiring special authorizations, as well as environmental commitments. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.** * **Specialization in the field of expertise.** * **Proven experience in pharmaceutical or food industries, holding management positions overseeing large teams.** * **Advanced English proficiency.** **If you identify yourself in this position, please apply by uploading your resume and let's start the journey together!** Roquette is proud to be a global company where you can find personal and professional growth through multiple diverse experiences.
