ATTENTION: To ensure a valid application, you must attach your resume at the time of registration. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Coordinate the development of production planning based on information received from interfacing departments and customer areas, planning operational activities for shifts and support teams, including process parameters and planning parameters for mining and plant operations. Coordinate service contracts within the scope of responsibility. Control operating and investment budgets for production departments. * Lead shift supervision teams and supervision of operational support teams to ensure team development and performance, focusing on technical and cultural capability building, employee motivation, and satisfaction.
