Job Summary: This operational role involves preparing solutions, processing bovine pericardium, and maintaining production environment and inventory according to quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Bovine pericardium processing and solution preparation 2. Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the production environment 3. Environmental control and assurance of product traceability **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for the preparation of solutions and the processing of bovine pericardium. * Prepare solutions that support the cleaning, inspection, and selection activities of bovine pericardium; * Responsible for waste disposal in and outside the production areas; * Perform cleaning and sanitization of production utensils; * Perform bioburden reduction activities for items in the manufacturing routine and for clients (utensils); * Carry out the reception, cleaning, and processing of bovine pericardium; * Fill out forms related to bovine pericardium processing and technical cleaning; * Responsible for collecting samples for testing and retention; * Responsible for performing the shrinkage test; * Responsible for packaging the finished product; * Clean the production environment before and after activities; * Request supplies/raw materials and production support materials; * Keep stock organized (clean shelves, doors, and cabinets) whenever requested; * Responsible for performing stock counting; * Responsible for receiving materials according to the production plan; * Responsible for inspecting received materials; * Perform environmental control (cleaning, pest control, refrigerator and room temperature monitoring); * Preserve product traceability using labels and form completion; * Replenish sanitizers and hand hygiene items at their designated usage points daily; * Identify non\-conformities and report them to the manager; * Inform the production and quality manager of any deviations or problems; * Dispose of waste daily according to the waste disposal policy.
