Conduct visual inspections and repair imperfections **PREPARATION PAINTER I** São Carlos\-SP **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning, sanding, and leveling tasks on surfaces, degreasing, cleaning, and applying anticorrosive products when required, ensuring surfaces are free of impurities, irregularities, and residues. * Apply primer and paint onto metal parts using a spray gun (conventional, airless, or electrostatic), adhering to technical parameters. * Conduct visual inspections to identify imperfections, repair minor defects, and ensure surfaces are ready for final painting. * Prepare and organize necessary materials, tools, and equipment for task execution, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. * Collaborate with other painters and professionals, following established guidelines and scheduled timelines. * Comply with all safety regulations related to materials, tools, and chemical substances, contributing to a safe working environment. **Requirements / Skills** * Completed high school education; * Vocational training courses in painting; * Prior experience in surface preparation activities and basic knowledge of painting processes; * Knowledge of sanding techniques, primer application, filler application, and familiarity with various surface types; * Ability to identify and correct minor imperfections, demonstrating precision and attention to detail; * Ability to collaborate efficiently with team members, follow instructions, and contribute to achieving common goals. **Job Information** * CLT employment contract; * Salary: negotiable \+ benefits; * Flexible working hours required.
