Job Summary: The Operations Services Supervisor oversees and guides the operational services of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Sewage Pumping Stations. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and guidance of sewage treatment operations 2. Waste management and chemical product control 3. Preparation of operational performance reports The Operations Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding all operational services related to Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Sewage Pumping Stations (SPSs) covered by this Terms of Reference. Responsibilities: * Schedule and maintain documented control of waste container movements. * Schedule and maintain documented control of waste disposal and final disposition, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. * Schedule and maintain documented control of combined truck usage in STP and SPS operational activities. * Issue and track Waste Transport Manifests (WTMs) in the SIGOR/CETESB system, ensuring traceability and legal compliance. * Schedule and monitor chemical product consumption, ensuring up-to-date records, adequate stock levels, and rational usage. * Organize and distribute work schedules for operational teams, ensuring appropriate coverage and execution of scheduled tasks. * Organize and monitor process analyses at STPs, tracking results and reporting operational deviations when necessary. * Organize and monitor the reception of effluents from third-party companies, maintaining formal records and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. * Oversee STP and SPS operational activities in general, providing direct support to the Legal Representative and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. * Prepare operational reports containing data, analyses, and operational performance indicators. * Perform other related duties pertinent to service delivery and smooth operation of the facilities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and active registration with the Regional Chemistry Council (CRQ) * CCAE – Specific Activities Competency Certificate (issued by CRQ) * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), minimum category B * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred Compensation: starting from R$4.984,65 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
