If you, like us, are driven by transformation and want to make a difference in the world, come with us! * **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Ensure operational efficiency, continuity, and quality by supervising teams and processes, guaranteeing compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards. Strategically manage operations, promoting team development, continuous process improvement, and outstanding, responsible client service. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Monitor team attendance records, forwarding information to the responsible department when required; Train and guide employees on work instructions, operational procedures, and safety regulations; Manage inventory and validity of PPEs, chemical inputs, and other consumables, requesting replenishment as needed; Monitor and control calibration of materials and equipment, contacting responsible personnel for maintenance and regularization; Supervise and coordinate team operational activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and goals; Manage personnel matters, monitoring performance, conduct, and team operational needs; Participate in the selection and onboarding process of new employees; Facilitate communication among employees, support departments, clients, and contractors; Serve as the liaison between EP and the client/contractor, ensuring alignment of operational requirements; Prepare, update, and analyze operational reports and performance indicators; Complete and monitor records of measurements, monitoring, and operational controls; Conduct critical analysis of operational processes and results, proposing and implementing improvements when necessary; Operate the treatment plant and perform analytical tests, when required; Perform minor maintenance on area-specific equipment, where applicable; Request purchases and monitor receipt of materials and goods according to established procedures; Evaluate and justify consumption of chemicals and other consumables used in operations; Negotiate operational conditions with coordination, when necessary; Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, preservation, and safety; Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards for operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites for this Role:** Degree in Environmental Technology or Environmental Engineering; Active registration with the relevant professional council; Minimum 1 year of experience in water and effluent treatment operations. **What We Expect From You** Strong organizational skills; Good communication skills; Ability to work effectively in teams; Attendance and punctuality. **Additional Information** **General Information:** Salary: R$3.272,00 + Hazard Pay (40%) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM Location: Rodovia Wilson Finardi (SP-191 km 63), s/n, Sector 1 and 2 – Industrial District, Rio Claro – SP Work Mode: On-site **Benefits Package:** Wellhub; Immediate life insurance; Vaccination campaign; FIES EP – tuition subsidy for courses; Partnerships with universities; Meal allowance (R$26.00 per working day); Medical and dental plans after 90 days; Transportation voucher; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
