Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for monitoring and guiding quality control activities, food handling, sanitation, and food safety, as well as preparing reports and delivering training.

3. Report preparation and training delivery
* Monitor and guide quality control activities throughout the entire process—from receipt to display—in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual and applicable food safety regulations;
* Monitor and guide food handling procedures across departments.
* Evaluate the sensory characteristics of prepared foods according to recipe standards;
* Supervise food, environmental, equipment, and utensil sanitation activities to ensure food safety and promote current sanitary techniques;
* Guide staff on proper use of uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and chemicals appropriate to their tasks, following guidance established by the Occupational Health and Safety Service (SESMT);
* Deliver training to employees;
* Manage periodic maintenance, preservation, and calibration programs for equipment;
* Assist in monitoring employee health, following guidance established by the Occupational Health and Safety Service (SESMT);
* Prepare daily activity reports;
* Participate in internal quality audits;
* Monitor and guide customer feedback related to food safety;
* Organize, monitor, and maintain mandatory documentation for Sanitary Surveillance and other regulatory authorities.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month
