Job Summary:
A professional responsible for monitoring and guiding quality control, food handling, sanitation, and food safety activities in kitchens.
Key Highlights:
1. Lead quality control and food safety.
2. Guide and train teams on good food handling practices.
3. Manage audits and documentation for regulatory authorities.
* Monitor and guide quality control activities throughout the entire process—from receipt to display—in accordance with the Good Practices Manual and food safety regulations;
* Monitor and guide food handling procedures across departments.
* Evaluate sensory characteristics of prepared foods according to recipe standards;
* Supervise sanitation activities for food, premises, equipment, and utensils to ensure food safety and disseminate current sanitary techniques;
* Instruct staff on correct use of uniforms, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and appropriate chemical products, following guidance established by SESMT;
* Conduct training sessions for employees;
* Control periodic maintenance programs—including operation, preservation, and calibration—of equipment;
* Assist in monitoring employee health, following guidance established by SESMT;
* Prepare daily reports on performed activities;
* Participate in internal quality audits;
* Monitor and address customer feedback related to food safety;
* Organize, monitor, and maintain mandatory documentation for Sanitary Surveillance and other regulatory authorities.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
