Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing technical activities related to the collection, analysis, and processing of biological samples, ensuring laboratory accuracy and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Performs biological sample analyses under supervision. 2. Handles and prepares biological material for analysis. 3. Collaborates with healthcare and research professionals, reporting results. Responsible for performing, under supervision, technical activities related to the collection, analysis, and processing of biological samples, ensuring result accuracy and laboratory process quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Package biological material for transport. * Enter analysis and test results into the computerized system, restock equipment with materials, and maintain an organized work area. * Assist in quality control processing. * Centrifuge biological samples. * Verify and handle biological samples and supplies. * Receive, verify, triage, prepare, and route biological samples internally according to the equipment or routine required for each analysis. * Manually prepare biological material for analysis, among other tasks. * Perform and monitor equipment maintenance and calibration. * Carry out analytical process steps, internal quality control, inspections, and sample checks. * Register examinations in the system. * Perform, under supervision, analyses of biological samples, excluding final report release. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Application of quality practices and standards to ensure result accuracy and reliability. * Ability to accurately prepare chemical solutions following laboratory protocols. * Knowledge of regulatory norms and standards set by ANVISA and/or international agencies, depending on the field of operation. * Knowledge of sample analysis (blood, urine, feces, etc.), microbiology, hematology, and biochemistry. * Experience collaborating with other healthcare and research professionals, with strong communication skills to report results and follow instructions. * Ability to calibrate, operate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and automated analyzers. * Knowledge of safety regulations for handling biological materials and chemical substances, waste disposal procedures, and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Proficiency in sample collection techniques, use of specific materials (e.g., needles and collection tubes), and aseptic procedures. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Attendance Card Meal Allowance or Meal Voucher Health and Dental Plan – employee monthly fee waived Annual bonus based on achieved goals GymPass – access to gyms and wellness services Life Insurance **Work Schedule:** 2:15 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday We are a strong, experienced group driven by health.
