Job Summary: Chemical product development and analysis professional responsible for testing, documentation, preparation of technical documents, and team training. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to customers and quality control Product development, chemical testing and analysis, and their respective recordkeeping, training of assistants. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Weighing, mixing, dispensing, filtering, and filling; applying paint; color adjustment; * Assigning tasks and conducting team and intern training; * Preparing technical bulletins, developing samples and colors, and releasing paints; * Conducting physical tests and chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products according to specifications defined for each product; * Organizing and maintaining control of counter-samples, standards, and equipment; * Recording adjustments and requesting corrections if necessary with assistance from the responsible technician; * Monitoring the production process; * Releasing products for production and/or filling, releasing colors, performing viscosity and density tests, among others; * Contributing to maintaining laboratory material inventories; * Providing technical support and occasionally sales assistance to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: * For recording, controlling, and maintaining temperature and other parameters specified for the department; * For registering formulations in the system, certificates of analysis, technical bulletins, and other technical documents; * For verification (calibration), maintenance, cleaning, and preservation of equipment and the work environment; * Participating in 5S, quality initiatives, and training programs Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.268,00 - R$2.778,40 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
