Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bio Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), PI Osisoft, Power BI, and SAP; * Industrial experience in chemical or sugarcane-alcohol processes; * Preferred: Knowledge of statistical tools, programming, process simulation, industrial data management, and mass & energy balances; * Proactivity, logical reasoning, and analytical ability; * Communication and influencing skills; * Must reside in the Guariba region, São Paulo. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Practice safety every day! * Collect SSMA and process indicators; * Develop, update, and continuously validate operating procedures and standards; * Perform mass and energy balances to monitor losses and identify opportunities; * Process data and, using statistical tools, analyze optimal operating points; * Monitor and supervise the process; * Prepare performance reports and failure analyses; * Participate in 5S and Continuous Improvement programs; * Develop alternative suppliers; * Identify production bottlenecks; * Assist in monitoring costs and propose improvements for cost reduction (e.g., raw materials); * Support the Production area regarding controls, processes, and procedures; * Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and plant KPIs; * Prepare budgets and production plans. 2512090203141215501
