If you identify with our Positive way of being, **submit your resume and apply for this position!** THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH OR WITHOUT DISABILITIES **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform internal calibration of equipment (pH meter and conductivity meter) * Measure wetting solution samples from rotary and flatbed presses * Enter process control information into control spreadsheets * Record IQM data * Archive IQM OS reports for Boticário and Eudora * Complete monitoring spreadsheets * Collect Ed Moderna books for glue analysis submission * Dispose of contaminated laboratory waste at the designated location (Environment) * Maintain the 5S program: labeling, cleaning, organization, Weekly 5S Checklist, cleaning plan * Measure solutions used in the printing process (silicone – rotary presses) * Maintain Quality Assurance network files * Retrieve requested calibration equipment and deliver measurement equipment to respective departments * Conduct semiannual periodic verification of measurement equipment * Assist with activities assigned by supervisor or manager * Digitize calibration certificates * Print and bind monthly process control notebooks * Measure production water conductivity and pH * Enter measurement control data into the system (GPWEB) * Organize CP Laboratory * Support requests from other departments * Verify and update machine logbooks (times and dates) * Assist with quarterly measurement of printing panel lamps * Organize balance certificates / apply stamps * Measure paper humidity (Boticário and Eudora) **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect you to know:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Production Engineering * Proficiency in Excel **Additional Information** **Why work here?
