To request an accommodation, please contact a Ceva Human Resources representative. **Your Responsibilities:** * Collect materials from the warehouse for the laboratory; * Perform inventory control of consumables, reagents, and standards by updating spreadsheets; * Conduct quotation/purchase of reagents, consumables, and equipment, including invoice issuance; * Assist in controlling and organizing documents; * Assist in laboratory organization and maintenance of the 5S methodology; * Assist in conducting I&D laboratory analyses; * Assist in verifying and recording equipment status; * Assist in preparing and performing physicochemical analyses. **Your Profile:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Pharmacy or Chemistry (2nd or 3rd year); * Scientific initiation or other academic experience in administration/laboratory is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – prerequisite; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and applications such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook is desirable; * Knowledge of MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply) is desirable; * Must be available to reside in Paulínia, Campinas, or surrounding areas;
