This position is open to all individuals, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, accessibility, cultural or social background, or any other factor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and manage the regularization of advances. * Process payments, issue title reports, and apply payment settlements. * Collect bank slips (boletos) and verify bank data. * Monitor and resolve outstanding title issues. * Manage payment orders. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Validate bank data. * Import files. * Verify invoices. * Check pending payments. * Archive and provide payment receipts. * Provide assistance for requests sent to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in the role, especially in accounts payable. * Experience with financial systems and platforms. * Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; advanced proficiency is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR).
