What You Will Achieve In this role, you will be the central pillar of our operational excellence. Your primary objective is to ensure that projects involving Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Biological Treatment Plants (BTP), and Contaminated Area Management (CAM) are delivered with impeccable technical quality and environmental compliance. As a leader, you must safeguard the economic health of projects by optimizing resources and timelines, while developing a high-performing, engaged field team focused on consultative resolution of our clients’ challenges. **Your Key Responsibilities** To achieve these objectives, your routine will include: * Contract Operational Management: Coordinate execution of technical monitoring contracts for WTP/WWTP, ensuring superior quality standards. * Field Leadership: Manage the operations team, technical routes, and fleet, ensuring team productivity and safety. * Maintenance and Technical Support: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, ensuring continuous operation of treatment systems. * Chemistry and Laboratory Expertise: Coordinate treatability tests (Jar Test), assist in strategic interpretation of analytical reports, and manage precision equipment (PID, pH meters, etc.). * Contaminated Area Management (CAM): Oversee soil and groundwater sampling (low-flow) and drilling activities, ensuring technical fidelity of collected data. * Client Interface: Serve as the client’s direct technical liaison, providing specialized support and strengthening trust-based relationships. **Essential Requirements:** To ensure technical excellence and operational compliance at Projeto Ambiental, candidates must demonstrate: * Education: Technical Chemistry qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science (an active CRQ registration is a plus). * Technical Experience: Solid experience delivering environmental services, specifically in Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP) operations and/or Contaminated Area Management (CAM). * Team Leadership: Proven 3–5 years of experience managing, motivating, and developing people. * Interpersonal Skills: Consultative profile with strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners. * Technological Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and agility using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize processes. **Behavioral Profile:** Proactive professional with high sense of responsibility and urgency. **Work Dynamics:** Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environments. **Mobility and Location:** Residence in the Cajamar, Jundiaí, or surrounding areas, with full availability for travel as required by projects. **General Information:** Employment Type: CLT — Fixed Salary On-site Work: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance Co-payment Medical and Dental Plan (optional) Birthday Day Off Compensation: Starting from R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
