Job Summary:
Operate brewing equipment, prepare raw materials, and monitor process parameters to ensure production quality, performing cleaning and recording information.

Main Responsibilities:
* Operate brewing equipment following recipes and production standards;
* Prepare and dose raw materials such as malt, hops, and other ingredients;
* Monitor process parameters to ensure production quality;
* Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment (CIP) and the production area;
* Record production data and report identified deviations;
* Support fermentation, maturation, and packaging stages when required.
Requirements:
* Completed high school education;
* Experience in production processes, preferably in breweries or food and beverage industries;
* Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
* Ability to complete production records;
* Availability to work rotating shifts, when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical course in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Processes, or related fields;
* Brewing Production course;
* Experience in the brewhouse;
* Knowledge of CIP systems and beer production stages;
* Knowledge of pH, density, and temperature control.
Compensation: R$3\.558,30 per month
