Job description: Responsibilities: * Ensure quality control in the laboratory; * Analyze quality indicators; * Assist in non-conformance management, corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and implement action plans; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes; * Provide support to involved departments; * Generate records and monitor the training plan; * Control calibrations, metrological traceability, and equipment verification; * Draft, review, and control quality documents; * Assist in customer service (SAC) Requirements: * Technical, technological, or higher education degree in Quality, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields. * Experience in quality analysis and knowledge of ISO 17025:2027 and Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with quality tools. * Must reside in Araraquara or Américo Brasiliense. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
