Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams Pensalab | São Paulo | Hybrid Job Description Act as a bridge between product technology and customers’ practical realities, promoting the correct technical application of equipment and solutions, delivering training, demonstrations, performance evaluations, and contributing market intelligence applied to user experience. Responsibilities and Duties * Application Analysis and Diagnosis: * + Identify process optimization opportunities with customers, focusing on improved efficiency, productivity, and quality. + Recommend the most suitable configurations and applications for each context. + Prepare technical application and performance reports. * Field Technical Support: * + Conduct equipment demonstrations, installations, and commissioning at customer sites. + Perform application tests and technical validations to verify performance. + Monitor the performance of installed equipment, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed. * Technical Training: * + Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams (sales, technical support). + Develop training materials, including manuals, videos, and application-specific presentations. * Collaboration with Product and Sales Teams: * + Work closely with the product team to align market strategies with technical feasibility. + Support the sales team during technical visits and pre- and post-sales stages. + Provide field feedback to continuously improve the product portfolio and sales arguments. * Demonstration Equipment Management: * + Ensure demonstration equipment is in good condition, available, and traceable. + Strategically plan demonstration equipment usage across customer sites and events. * Monitoring Technical Trends and Standards: * + Stay updated on standards, regulations, and best practices related to equipment applications. + Support technical compliance and adaptation processes in special projects. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, or related fields. * Experience applying analytical instrumentation equipment or similar technical solutions. * Ability to deliver training and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Advanced English proficiency for reading manuals, communicating with suppliers, and participating in international training. * Willingness to travel frequently.
