#### **About the position:** * Work as a Sushiman at Grupo Mateus, preparing and presenting sushi dishes with quality and excellence. * Ensure workplace hygiene and organization, complying with food safety standards. * Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient service. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure setup of the service counter; * Serve customers according to their needs, always aligned with the pre\-established standard; * Keep equipment, counters, and utensils clean and organized; * Sort all materials used during the day; * Prepare oriental dishes and items; Monitor raw material inventory and notify the manager when replenishment is required. * #### **Mandatory requirements:** * High school education; * Experience in preparing oriental dishes, sauces, and side dishes; * Availability for shift work and willingness to work on a 12x36 schedule.
