Requirements \- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program; \- Prior experience in the field. Responsibilities Supervise the shift: monitor production, sales, and ensure speed and quality for each order. Lead and inspire the team: guide, motivate, and ensure the best customer experience. Monitor financial results: track sales, manage cash handling, and support cost and labor management. Support operational activities: when necessary, actively assist the team on the floor. Organize restaurant routines: opening, closing, daily reconciliations, and briefings. Ensure compliance: uphold internal policies and labor laws. Develop talent: train, guide, and contribute to team growth. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
