Don’t hesitate — apply now! **Join us and become part of a team where every day is a delicious discovery!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the management of launch, renovation, transfer, migration, and digital transformation projects; ensuring organization, deadlines, and information flow; * Update and monitor schedules, status, deliverables, and responsible parties; ensuring data traceability and consistency; * Control critical milestones (training sessions, key dates, launch, and post-launch); ensuring alignment with planning; * Monitor deadlines and conduct follow-ups with involved departments; flagging risks, deviations, and pending items; * Structure and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and controls; ensuring information standardization and reliability; * Support the creation of reports and monitoring dashboards (“traffic lights”); providing clear visibility into progress and next steps; * Act as the interface between Training, internal departments, and franchisees; supporting communication and alignment; * Organize meetings and record decisions, minutes, and action plans; ensuring implementation of agreed actions; * Manage project documentation; ensuring version control and easy access; * Support administrative routines (costs, requests, validations, and system registrations); * Contribute to process, checklist, and workflow standardization; supporting continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (tables, filters, data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables); * Strong organizational skills, deadline discipline, and attention to detail; * Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and franchisees; * Basic knowledge of project tools (Trello, Monday, Asana, Planner); * Familiarity with KPIs and “traffic light” reporting (status reports); * Experience with documentation and process standardization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative routines and/or project support. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (R$3.968,54) + Transportation Benefit / Ticket Car (R$1.00 deduction) + Meal/Voucher (R$35.20/day) + GymPass + Amil Health Plan + Amil Dental Plan + OMNI Pharmacy Benefit + Daycare Assistance (for women) + Birthday Day Off + Sesc Partnership + University Partnerships + Language Course Partnerships + PLR (Profit Sharing) + Career Development Path!
