Handling professional kitchen equipment A bakery is currently hiring for positions in Americana and Santa Bárbara d’Oeste. * **Assembly and Oven Operation:** Assemble sweet and savory pizzas, operate wood-fired, gas, or electric ovens, and adjust temperature to achieve optimal doneness. * **Menu and Quality:** Create new recipes and ensure consistency of menu pizzas. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor ingredients, check expiration dates, and place supply orders. * **Cleaning and Hygiene:** Strictly adhere to sanitary inspection regulations and maintain a clean workplace.
