The pizza chef will have the opportunity to operate a top-tier pizza oven, recognized as one of the most awarded in the country. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for the station * Responsible for dough preparation * Preparation and finishing of pizzas * Oven management * Ensuring quality standards, technical specifications, and preparation time **Requirements** * Commitment * Experience as a pizza chef * Agility and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Experience with natural or long fermentation (preferred) * Experience in artisanal pizzerias (preferred) The pizza chef position operates on a 6x1 shift schedule during nighttime hours, with occasional alternate hours for ingredient preparation.
