Job Summary: Position for a Pizza Assistant responsible for portioning and dividing ingredients, mixing and shaping dough, assembling pizzas, sealing stuffed crusts and volcano-style crusts, as well as organizing and cleaning the workplace. Mix and shape dough, assemble pizzas, seal stuffed crusts and volcano-style crusts.
