Store organization and continuous product replenishment **Description:** **Education:** Completed High School **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing area performance indicators, work team and promoters, and team scheduling; Receiving merchandise and orders, supply chain control, inventory management, expiry date tracking, refrigerated and perishable goods handling, cold room operations; Checking gondola, freezer, and refrigerator temperatures before store opening; inspecting island and aisle organization; ensuring store cleanliness and order (no pallets or scattered shopping carts) for customer reception; Conducting team alignment meetings to communicate new incentive campaigns, birthday promotions, or unresolved issues from the previous day; organizing chilled and frozen storage areas to ensure product rotation (first-in, first-out); Performing continuous product replenishment in sales areas to prevent stockouts and consequent lost sales; Remaining attentive to replenishment of products associated with backlight displays; Monitoring the promoter team. Proven experience in this role, including leadership positions in Perishables, frozen products, and cold room storage.
