Ensuring store organization and cleanliness **Description:** **Education:** Completed High School **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing area performance indicators, work teams and promoters, and team scheduling; Receiving goods and orders, managing replenishment, inventory, expiration dates, refrigerated items, perishables, and cold storage; Checking gondola, freezer, and refrigerator temperatures before store opening; verifying island and aisle organization to ensure store organization and cleanliness (no pallets or scattered shopping carts) for customer reception; Conducting team alignment meetings to communicate new incentive campaigns, birthday promotions, or unresolved issues from the previous day; organizing chilled and frozen chambers to ensure product rotation (first-in, first-out); Performing continuous product replenishment in sales areas to prevent stockouts and consequent lost sales; Remaining attentive to replenishment of backlight-related products; Monitoring the promoter team. Proven experience in this role, including leadership positions in Perishables, frozen products, and cold storage operations.
