Assemble pizzas under the pizzaiolo's guidance. Organize ingredients and utensils. Restock the production area during operations. Sanitize countertops, equipment, and utensils. Wash dishes, baking trays, and molds. Monitor ingredient expiration dates and quality. Restock supplies as needed. Assist at the oven and remove pizzas (when requested). Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Cook, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
