Job Summary: Assist in meal preparation, kitchen hygiene, and inventory management; seeking a punctual, responsible, and proactive individual. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in handling kitchen utensils * **Assist with meals and customer service** Retrieve from inventory all items required for your shift; assist in setting up the breakfast buffet; select, sanitize, and cut fruits needed for replenishment; support the cook during food preparation; ensure proper storage and preservation of stocked food to prevent waste. * **Wash dishes and kitchen utensils** Assist in cleaning dishes, utensils, and the kitchen area in general; help store items after breakfast service; clean the kitchen for the next shift. * **Check inventory and keep it organized** * **Manual dexterity:** Proficiency in handling kitchen utensils—such as knives—and agility in performing tasks. * **Working hours: 5:40 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM** * Food basket (based on attendance) * Transportation allowance (VT) * On-site meals Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off We seek a punctual, responsible, and proactive individual! **Easy access to Praia do Futuro** Immediate start!
