Meal distribution and workplace maintenance Perform pre-preparation tasks for meats and produce (fruits, vegetables), poultry, and livestock; sanitize vegetables and leafy greens; prepare salads and desserts; Assist the chef in meal preparation; Responsible for cutting meat (beef, poultry, fish, etc.); Prepare hot and cold dishes, storage, and comply with food safety regulations and procedures; Distribute meals to employees; Sanitize utensils, equipment, and the workplace, keeping workstations completely clean.
